When you book an appointment, contact us via WhatsApp, or use this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any preferences or notes you share with our stylists.

We use your information to schedule and manage appointments, respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations or reminders, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention & Security

We retain client information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or in person at the salon.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to stylist availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for colour, treatment and bridal services. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once a service has been performed. If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within 7 days so we can arrange a complimentary touch-up.

Prices are provided as a guide and may vary depending on hair length, density and the specific techniques used. Your stylist will confirm final pricing during your consultation.
